I've never had my windows tinted on my Z, although I have on other cars. I'm thinking about getting them tinted, and I dont care about the tint laws. But I'm wondering if the people who have dark tint on there windows, if DURING THE DAY, it makes it more difficult to identify if a car in the rear view (particularly when on the highway) is a cop or not. I'm worried that I'll get them tinted and love the way it looks, but I wont be able to quickly identify cars in my rear view as being cops or not. Because the rear window is already really slanted and doesn;t look starit as it is w/o any tint. I know this is all about preference, but if you have tint on your Z what darkness do you prefer. I think I'm going to use the 3M's FX 20 (which lets in 22% of light). I've done some research and it looks like the best quality tint avalible, But let me know what you guys think. Also, please don't respond if you dont have tint on your Z or haven't had tint in the past on your Z. Thanks in advance.
